The West Somerset Railway held their Spring Steam Gala over two weekends in March 19th & 20th and 24th & 27th, this was in celebration of the 35th Anniversary of the lines re-opening. This four part series shows the last day of the gala, Sunday 27th March.

Locos in operation on the Sunday were:

- SR N15 'King Arthur' Class 4-6-0 no.30777 'Sir Lamiel'
- GWR 6000 'King' Class 4-6-0 no.6024 'King Edward I'
- GWR 2800 Class 2-8-0 no.2807
- GWR 6400 Class 0-6-0PT no.6430
- GWR 5101 'Large Prairie' Class 2-6-2T no.4160
- GWR 4575 'Small Prairie' Class 2-6-2T no.5553
- WSR 'Mogul' 2-6-0 no.9351
- S&DJR Class 7F 2-8-0 no.88

- On board footage from 70000's train shots including ascending Washford Bank into Washford Station, Departing Watchet & Departing Doniford Halt.
- 70000 departing Williton.
- Williton sheds where we see a steam car & roller, ex-SR West Country Class 4-6-2 no.34046 'Braunton' & ex-GWR 6959 'Modified Hall' Class 4-6-0 no.6960 'Raveningham Hall' (nearing the completion of her overhaul).
- 6024 climbing the final stretch of Washford Bank and arriving into Washford Station.
- On board footage from 6024's train, shots include departing Watchet, various shots along the line & Starting the climb out of Stogumber.

- 6430 Departing Bishops Lydeard for Norton Fitzwarren with a morning Auto-Train service (Unwittingly, I left on the shutter sound on my phone, even after I put my phone on silent which should have turned all sounds off) .
- 9351 backing empty stock out of the loop at Bishops Lydeard then bringing it back through the other side to form the 10:00am departure for Minehead
- On board footage from 9351's train on a blinding run from Bishops Lydeard, quite literally actually as I was hit in the eye by a stray piece of coal smut as we were approaching Crowcombe Heathfield.
- 9351 departing Stogumber
- 2807 storming through Stogumber station on the first of the non-stop services through Stogumber
- 88 arriving at Stogumber
- On board footage of 88
- 6024 arriving at & departing Williton, seen from 88's train
- 88 departing Washford, couldn't get down to the end as trains don't stop at Washford for very long
- 30777 arriving into Washford after ascending the bank then seen departing
